An ugly event occurred this morning in Tirana, when several dozen citizens were trapped inside the bus of the institute line. Cause it's been filed for stealing a wallet from one of the passengers.
The doors are closed immediately and travellers are all locked inside pending police.
But when over 40 minutes had passed, the police had not yet arrived. High temperatures have caused fatigue and stress in passengers, some of whom have left the windows. Watch the video:
