Russian tourist's death, court leaves suspect in prison

.
The Saranda court decided to keep citizens Ermal Fataj in jail for 45 days, suspected as the person who hit Russian tourist Ksenia Ryok with a water supply, who had chosen Ksamil to spend several days on vacation.
Given the prosecution's records, the court imposed a 45-day prison security measure, giving investigators time to provide further evidence of guilt.
The court also requested the act of expertise to determine the complete cause of tourist death.
Prosecutors said the 15-year-old tourist had entered to wash in the islands of Ksamil and then some vacationers had noticed that her body was floating lifeless on water.
Following allegations that the victim might have been hit by a floating vehicle, prosecutors found hair in Fataj's helmet, and this is thought to be the only evidence of guilt so far.
But the suspect denies being responsible for the event, since, according to him, if he had hit the deceased, he would have taken steps to get help.
