Otherwise, lack of literature has postponed the implementation of the reciprocity agreement with Serbia for nearly a year. This agreement was scheduled to begin in November 2016, but after the MPB had not provided the paper, implementation of the agreement has been postponed so far, while the Serbian side within the deadline provided the letters, reports “Zer.info”.
For delays in providing literature, weeks ago at the Kosovo Government meeting the Minister for Dialogue, Edita Tahiri and Finance Minister Avdullah Hoti crashed.
Under this agreement on plates reached last year in Brussels, Kosovo vehicles can enter Serbia's territory with license plates The RKS, but with the literature, must be covered with the piece containing the RKS and the coat of the Republic of Kosovo.
It will also be done with the vehicles of the Republic of Serbia that enter Kosovo. While so far, vehicles with RKS license plates to enter Serbia have had to be equipped with license plates “Proba”, which have had valid terms of 2 months.
