Analyst Ramush Tahiri, speaking of forming institutions, has said the country's president Hashim Thaci has been late for calling the constitutional session.
He has also commented on the rejections of political parties that could make Thaci, adding that if that happens, Thaci will no longer have time to call a meeting and thus the session date can be set.
“It is good for the president to set the date and this meeting date to be in line with political parties”, he has indicated.
President Thaci on Monday has launched invitations to political parties for a consultative meeting between them in the Parliament building.
The LAA coalition and the Vetevendosje Movement have not yet made their stance public, adding that they are considering President Thaci's invitation.
