Coalition The PAN, which came out victorious in the June 11th elections, is making efforts to secure more than 61 votes to make the government, but it seems to be coming out impossible. Currently, when the certificate of the 11 June election outcome is also expected, the PAN does not see enough votes to form Government.

But, President Thaci has declared that Ramush Haradinaj, nominated for prime minister by the winning coalition, has confirmed that the government will be formed without delay.

Kosovo has the winning coalition that has emerged from the June 11th elections. I will respect the Constitution, the laws and decisions of the Constitutional Court in 2014, so I have confirmation from the ruling coalition's mandate that it has secured sufficient numbers of MPs for the establishment of the new government”, President Thaci has declared.

AAK: Ramush Haradinaj to form government

Even officials from the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK) have said Ramush Haradinaj will form the government shortly after the ratification of the June 11th elections is made.

“Ramush Haradinaj is expected to be nominated for the government's prime minister shortly after the election Certificate is shown on the part of the Central Election Commission (KQZ). From that moment on Ramush Haradinaj has 30 days for forming the government”, has told the newspaper “Bota today”, Avni Arifi, official from the AAK.

As it is known, based on the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, immediately after the election is certified, country President Hashim Thaci will mandate candidate for prime minister from the subject or political coalition that has first emerged in the election, in this coalition case The PAN, which in the June 11th elections in the Kosovo Assembly, will be represented by 39 deputies.

Waiting for CEC Certificate

While the Central Election Commission (KQZ) will make the Certificate of national election results on June 11th after recounting of boxes it has decided on P ZAP and after announcing the Supreme Court's decision on any possible complaint by candidates for MP or competing political subjects in the recent elections.

“has concluded the recount of all ballot boxes under the Election Panel's decision on Ances and Parastres. After that, the CEC will also host the Supreme Court's decision concerning the eventual complaints to proceed towards the Certificate of Final Results”, said Valmir Elezi, CEC spokesman

Minimal government?

And according to analyst Nexhat Haziri, coalition uncertainty PAN in terms of the government's creation will make sure that even if the government is achieved, it will be the most minimal majority government of 61 MPs.

This situation explains with coalition uncertainty The PAN, in terms of their ability to form the government, may even a simple parliamentary majority of 61 MPs. Now as if they have become more reasonable and are no longer trusting their own speculations in the media that they supposedly have the number of MPs needed to form the” government, he said.

According to Haziri, coalition uncertainty PAN naturally reflects most on nominated for prime minister by coalition PAN, Ramush Haradinaj, who, according to him, had promised that shortly after the certificate of results in the timetable would form the government.

“PAN, will also push President Thaci, to delay Haradinaj's mandate and the PAN coalition, to make the government, until it is certain that this coalition has managed to ensure the necessary number of MPs. And this seems to be an impossible mission for Ramush Haradinaj and the PAN” coalition, Haziri has indicated.

Thaci's political crisis?

According to him, this situation could produce an institutional crisis in the country and internal political instability.

“Such a situation, mostly I agree with current President Thaci, to strengthen his decision-making role on the country's political scene, but also in relation to external relations. One such example was his move to Brussels, to continue the dialogue with Serbia, without an internal consultation, and yet without receiving the approval of other institutions, both the Kosovo Assembly, the new legislature and the government, whether it be on the run or even the new government that would have to become”, analyst Nexhat Haziri has added.

According to Haziri, the best and closest choice every moment is seen as being the LVV coalition and LAA, which even numberically have the opportunity to form the Kosovo government, adding that President Thaci should take into account, so that the country does not lead to a political and institutional crisis.
