Drenas Mayor Ramiz Ladrovci has recently formed a disciplinary commission for the former education director Sadik Tahiraj for the same time as the same was in political office and in a mandate where Ladrovci was not mayor.
Indexline's sources within the Drenas municipality have said that” investigative commission” made up of civil servant is interviewing the former director for projects that were conducted years ago and legally according to these sources are other bodies that assess the realisation of the jobs committed during that period.
But Drenas head Ramiz Ladrovci says the commissions act on official duty and are in the function of full law enforcement.
In a proposal for Indexline, he has said legal institutions act according to mandate and there is nothing personal.
“Commissions act according to official duty and are in the function of law enforcement. Specific and individual aspirations do not contribute to transparency. I consider legal instances acting according to mandate and nothing personal --”, Ludrovci said.
Asked that if Tahiraj proves that he has not committed any violations, he will return to the former workplace as director of education, Ladrovci has responded briefly, saying that “legislation will be implemented in force”.
It is noteworthy that after receiving the mandate, Ladrovci had removed five directors of directors, including Tahiraj, where he now performs civil servants.
