Ramiz Kelmendi would not support him Even if the prime minister's position is offered

Acting Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo and once Kosovo MP Ramiz Kelmendi denies that he will give support to the PDK-AAK-NisaMA coalition for the establishment of the new government even if this coalition offers the position of prime minister, which is nominated for Ramush Haradinaj. Like him, Kelmendi says [...]
Like him, Kelmendi says other Kosovo Parliament deputies from the LDK ranks will act.
LDK deputies will have no support The PDK, the less I get from the prime minister's position I don't vote on, because it's the other project, I've been there and I'm no longer interested in being part of it”, he told “Gazeta Blic”
Denying the LDK's co-operation with the PAN coalition, Kelmendi told “Gazeta Blic” that they are willing to stay in opposition, from which he says they will be much more active.
“They're saying they've made the numbers while we're waiting for the certificate, we're willing to stay in the opposition where we're going to be much more active”, he said.
Further questioned about his preferences over LDK co-operation in forming government, if coalition PAN cannot make the numbers for its creation in the first time, Kelmendi said he would support any LDK decision, without excluding even co-operation with the VV, the subject he claims has no good relations with.
I don't have exclusive preference, for me it's important that the government, which is pushing the processes forward, I'm always cooperative and I support the overall LDK positions.
Despite the fact that my political and economic relations have not been at the right level with Vetevendosje, I will still support the party's decision if the LDK decides to co-operate with it”, Kelmendi has said.
As for the VV's invitation, this LDK deputy said a decision would be made by his party's general council, following the certificate of election results, which are expected to take place within this week.
Vetevendosje's “we have not yet answered because we are waiting for the certificate of results to follow is the general council meeting where decisions will be made”, he said.
Unlike Kelmendi, there are voices from LDK that support a coalition with VV, such is the case of the most vice-president of the past Kosovo Parliament and the new legislature Vjosa Osmani.
Formation of Institutions
Under the Constitution, the Kosovo Assembly is elected by a four-year term, starting on the day of the constitutional hearing, held within thirty days of the official announcement of election results.
After the constitution, the Government's selection procedure begins. On the basis of the political agreement, it is expected that the winning party or coalition will propose the mandate for forming the Kosovo government.
Later, the president of the Republic proposes to the Parliament the candidate for prime minister, in consultation with the political party or the coalition that has won the necessary majority in the Assembly to form Government.
The candidate for prime minister, not later than 15 days after the appointment, represents the composition of the government before the Kosovo Assembly and requires approval by the Parliament.
The government is considered elected if it receives the majority of votes of all Kosovo Assembly deputies (61 votes).
If the proposed composition of the Government does not receive the most necessary votes, the president of the Republic of Kosovo, within ten (10) days, appoints the other candidate under the same procedure.
If the government is not elected the second time, then Kosovo's president announces the elections, which should be held no later than 40 (40) days from the day of their proclamation. /Blic
