We'll be ruthless to anyone who violates law and endless war against cannabis to close the lid on this ugly phenomenon forever.
That was Prime Minister Edi Rama's promise at the meeting with police structures, as well as Guardia's finance representative, the head of the Albanian government said that the punctual implementation of the Anti-Antanabis strategy would result in a success at the end of the season, not denying there have been police leaders who have co-operated with growers.
