Prime Minister Edi Rama stopped in Vlora on Wednesday to continue his hearing tour with citizens from where he reiterated that state offices in his new governing mandate would be of ordinary people.
Rama said in his speech that most of the concerns raised by citizens are related to property and have been inherited since the first day of the change of the system, which created 8 thousand conflicts in Albania with the result of murder, injury or physical injury without accounting for judicial conflicts.
What is still a major challenge that brings all these conflicts is the lack of a sustainable database for the entire territory. Work is being done for its establishment, although there is still a lot of work”, Rama said.
Rama paused on the legalisation issue, another problem raised by residents said there are many constructions outside criteria that cannot be legalised.
A large part of the problems relate to ALUIZNI. It's about a large number of constructions outside the criteria that cannot be legalised, such as the case of construction over the water supply. Crushing channels, roads or cultural monuments”, the prime minister said.
The prime minister promised that he would be employed to grant each office a dignity deserved by people who pay taxes.
He also spoke of the platform of co - government, which, according to him, enables any problem to rise and be treated in real time. “We have no war with opposition parties. We don't have time to waste on them. Our job is to remove from state offices any parasite and predator official paid by taxpayers”, the prime minister said.
According to him, this war is won only if each citizen is granted access to” in co-governance. “Back from the platform screen for co-governance with citizens stands an entire army of people that will deal with the treatment and verification of every issue raised. When it proves that the official has violated the post, or has not carried it out, he will leave the office and go to prison”, Rama said.
Prime Minister assured citizens that new government will not be allowed to secede from the people who gave him the vote
