US President Donald Trump and Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin have held hands for the first time today at the G20 summit in Hamburg, Germany, reports the BBC.
They will hold a longer meeting later today, in which they say they will repair relations damaged by the crisis in Syria and Ukraine, as well as by Russia's alleged US attacks, broadcast Koha.net.
Climate change and international trade reportedly will be the topics to dominate the summit, which has attracted massive protests in Germany.
