In the village of Lez, Prizren, only an elderly couple live, Klan Kosova reports.
The Bahtier and Judge Berisha are the only ones who stayed in the village from 200 residents in 2000.
They say they are isolated in this country because they have no means of communication, while they have remained without the only possibility of movement they have so far.
Unable to go to Prizren, about 15 miles [15 km] away, food alone is the goods they receive from livestock.
