Consequently, by the will of President Hashim Thaci, it will depend on the eventual procrastination of the new executive arrangement, Koha Ditore writes today.
Article 95 The constitution speaks of choosing the government. It just stresses that “after the elections” the president proposes to the Parliament the candidate for prime minister, in consultation with the political party or with the coalition that has won the necessary majority in the Assembly to form Government.
Presidencys have not indicated how long after elections the mandate will be appointed
