The president shows who will establish the new government.

President Hashim Thaci says the mandate for forming the Kosovo government has only the winner of the June 11th elections.

I think everything's clear. The winner is the one who moves towards forming the Kosovo government. I say with full responsibility that the 2014 Constitutional Court's decision will be respected in general to make everything clear in terms of the winner establishing Government, of course by creating the necessary numbers, Thaci told public television.

He said this court ruling leaves no room for political interpretations and that he will carry out that decision.
