The defendant allegedly committed criminal acts “sexual abuse of persons under the age of 16” by Article 235 paragraph 1, under paragraph 1.3 of the Republic of Kosovo's Criminal Code.
The RS Department's preliminary procedure judge has approved the State Prosecutor's request for the appointment of the detention measure against the defendants, conform Article 187 paragraph 1 under paragraph 1.2.2 of the Republic of Kosovo's Criminal Procedure Code, and has been assigned the detention measure in length of (1) a month, starting from the date of the July 4th 2017 arrest and extending until August 3rd 2017.
This case, the parties are reportedly complaining against this act did not postpone his execution.
