Police Suspects in Murder Enver Zymber Could Be in Serbia

Six years have passed since the Kosovo Special Police Unit action took over border checkpoints in the country's north. In this action for law enforcement and constitutionality in northern Kosovo lost Enver Zymber, special unit police officer. The Zymber for all is the Kosovo hero who gave [...]
The Zymber for all is the Kosovo hero who gave his life for the extension of Kosovo's sovereignty. But there are huge differences in thinking as to the preparation, purpose and results that the action of July 25th 2011.
Meanwhile, Kosovo institutions accuse Serbia of failing to co-operate in whitewashing police murder, Enver Zymberi.
Behar Selimi, deputy minister of Internal Affairs, says Serbia is holding the dawn of police murder Enver Zymberi hostage.
I think the top suspects may even circulate in Serbia, but Serbia does not work in that direction, said Deputy Minister Selimi.
He has added that Kosovo Police and EULEX are continuing to make investigations and are willing to light up this case until the end.
“Procuror of EULEX has the case and has had some results, but it is suspected that the prime suspect is still on the run for which there is an international arrest of”, said Deputy Minister Selimi.
A trial was held in the case of police killing Enver Zymber. But, suspects in the murder of Enver Zymber, Radovan Radic and Milovan Vlaskovic in April 2015 at the tribunal in northern Mitrovica have been acquitted.
While Rexhep Selimi, deputy elected by Vetevendosje, says the July 25th 2011 action was scheduled to fail.
The “Action was highly thought out, without an operational plan and without the necessary means for realising a police action”, Selimi wrote.
The event, according to him, did not reverse government sovereignty in northern municipalities.
“From the head of the government that was then promoted as a successful action in extending the country's sovereignty to the country's northern municipalities, which, as today, were outside the control of the state of Kosovo”, Selimi wrote on his Facebook account.
He has written that the 25 July action resulted in new negotiations with Serbia, in which Kosovo has only lost.
The “from July 25th to the Russian <x1ndren” appeared to be unplanned police action, but it turned out that failure was the then prime minister's plan and that the so-called Kosovo president” wrote Selimi.
But, he has spoken a lot about the fallen police, Enver Zymber, who, according to him, was the victim of a political advantage by former Prime Minister Thaci.
We remember this date with respect and we appreciate the sacrifice of every Kosovo policeman who was willing to stand up for the country, the Constitution and the law. Especially do we remember Enver Zymberie witness from Kosovo -- for which we demand that the perpetrators of the terrorist act against the Kosovo Police be brought to justice” -- the deputy Selimi has written.
But he also demands responsibility toward leaders of the day.
The “also be charged with responsibility for those who introduce Kosovo Police into conspiring policy plots at the expense of Kosovo's sovereignty and strategic interests”, the Vetevendosje deputy wrote.
Even Kosovo President Hashim Thaci has dedicated Enver Zymber's fall to a Facebook status in the 25 July action.
