Anti-terrorism police in Australia have on time banned a suspected plot to crash a plane.
The news was made known by Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull.
Turnbull appeared in a press release following the arrest of four people in Sydney.
Investigators said they had confiscated materials that could have been used to make an explosive device, which was planned to blow up an airplane.
Turnbull said the raids had been a “major joint operation against terrorism”.
He said the country and local and international airports, but were kept from additional security.
