The action is still not known what is under way, while for the ban on circulation, police have argued that an operational plan is under way in that area, Periscopi broadcasts.
Periscope has tried to contact Kosovo Police spokesman for the Pristina region, Agron Borovci, but it has been impossible. /Periscope
