Kosovo's deputy chairman has confirmed this for Klan PDK, Rexhep Hoti.
Insurance Hoti also announced another decision of the party's leadership, with cérast Kadri Wessel having full competence in nominating candidates for mayors.
“Vessel has power in appointing mayoral candidates from the PDK ranks for municipal elections” has said Hoti.
