The municipality pays for unworked jobs

In the procurement procedure “the transfer of students with special needs from house to school and vice versa”, the contract announcement provided that the execution safety is applied 10 percent of the contract's value, while in the tender file and on the occasion of signing the contract with the economic operator was not applied.

According to the audience, with the Public Procure Law the requirements set out in the tender file and the contract announcement should be identical. Paying worth 773 euros was made for “Insurance of TPL” type for a Komuna bus.
