This ministry states that Kosovo has full rights and equal obligations as a member state since membership in January of this year.
According to the MPJ, it all happened after the chairman of this annual meeting was from the Russian Federation, which outside any rule has tried to treat Kosovo as a non-member state and prevent representation at this meeting.
MPJ says the move has irritated the Secretary General and many member states by unanimously opposing him.
