Vetevendosje MP Dardan Molliq, through a post in his Facebook profile, has distributed a video from the show he was on last night, in which he speaks of the activists of this subject being held in domestic custody on charges of attacking Kosovo's Parliament.
Moliqaj has said police, the prosecutor and the judge are responsible for keeping activists in custody for nearly a year before the process begins, Periscopi reports.
The “is becoming a year that people are under house arrest without starting the process without evidence, which is known because even Forenzica himself says there is no evidence”, he said.
According to Moliqaj, this is strictly political persecution and the judge in this case will take responsibility.
He has said the prosecutor who is attending VV activists, Abdurrahim Islam, is neither creditable, and has recalled media reports in which it is said the same has destroyed the evidence in a case of double murder yet without the investigation being conducted and the indictment being filed.
These people will take responsibility, and I will personally, in each presentation I make, require that these people bear moral and judicial responsibilities, because this case has been to harm Vetevendosje movement, which they failed to do but they were harmful to our activists and today Astrit Dehar is not among us. We don't ever forgive that. We never forgive you. /Periscopi/
