Are mobile phones allowed within Kosovo prisons?

While, Kosovo Correcting Service Director Sokol Zogaj has spoken of the lack of water Dubrava prison faced recently.

He said that the reason for this water shortages is that this correcting center has been supplied with water from mountains, which villagers and water have also used.

The “Gypi that supplies Dubrava from the Istog public water pipeline does not meet the needs, but now we are working at opening both wells within the correct centre when improving the water supply for cleaning”, Zogaj said at KTV.
