The Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning has decided to hold a public hearing on August 10th, where the issue of expropriation of private lands in Hades and Shiptilë of Obilic will be discussed.
This meeting comes after warnings that Kosovo may soon enter an energy crisis if KEK does not take to the use of 52 hectares of private property in these villages in order to mine untapped coals there, Klan Kosova reports.
It should be that the energy crisis is causing delays in expropriating newly built property and houses in Obilic Shipule, with the aim of benefiting state compensation.
