MP elected by the Initiative ranks Milaim Zeka has said if PAN fails to form government, second chance belongs to the Vetevendosje Movement.
He says that as a second mandate, morally it belongs to Albin Kurti to form the government.
He wrote why not form a government with VV, why not break the governing blockade for three years.
