Kosovo's Parliament MP from the Initiative, Milaim Zeka, has broken out sharply over the current CEC decision that 23 seats go to a recount.
He calls terror against voters the CEC's decision after the Supreme Court ruled on complaints of candidates of political subjects.
Zeka says the move is a disgrace to politicians and former MPs.

Do you see what a vile country we've been built by, former political class? Take this election Law as an example? Again, re-enactment of votes? It's not a matter of setting the choices. Terror against voters! Everything was done to kill this country!
Shame, not for the CEC, but for politician and former deputy!
