German Chancellor Angela Merkel has praised Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama for winning the 25 June elections and has said Albania has already embarked on the path to progress. We congratulate our Albanian colleague, Edi Rama. Albania, under its leadership, is making progress”, has declared Merkel in Trieste, where the Balkan Summit is under way.
