I announce that on Thursday (13.07.2017) the chairman of the Gjilan municipality, Lutfi Haziri, gives the duty Thursday to Festina Kurtesh, chairman of the Children's Assembly in Gjilan, who will eventually make a decision to realise a communitarian project.
