Former Kosovo Liberation Army Commander Sami Lushtaku has been acquitted today of all counts of war crimes.

Shortly after being released from maximum security prison, Lushtaku has first gone to Prekaz.

He has stood by the tomb of the legendary commander, Adem Jashar, and others fallen from this family for freedom.

The Supreme Court has decided today to release Sami Lushtaku from all counts of war crimes for which he had been sentenced to 12 years in prison by the Constitutional Court in northern Mitrovica, and then seven years in prison by Apel. /Express/
