Lawyer Gashi said he is waiting for the decision on Sylejman Selimi and believes the verdict will be the same as Sami Lushtaku.
“There has been a complaint on the part of the prosecutor for Sami Lushtaku, Sylejman Selimi and Jarhir Demak for a special point of prosecution, then the court two weeks ago has filed the insistence of Kosovo's Supreme Court, which in this case has reviewed the defenders' complaints and decided to approve the complaint of Sami Lushtak, who has been completely acquitted because he was found guilty only for that point of the indictment. For Sylejman Selimi we are still awaiting the decision and I believe the decision will be the same”, Gashi said in fact Plus.
The incident against Sylejman Selimi and Jahir Demak has other points, unlike former Skenderaj leader Sami Lushtak.
