The Speaker of the Alternative, Mimoza Kusari-Lila, has dismissed Behgjet Pacolli's idea of a sweeping government.

In a Facebook writing, Kusari-Lila has counted the reasons, due to which, according to her, a comprehensive government would not be the right choice for the country.

Kosari-Lila's complete Facebook text:

Kosovo Alternatives

The first step in solving a problem is to identify the problem correctly. In Kosovo, we have a serious problem and the first step to solve it is to acknowledge that we have that problem.

The problem on the surface, which is already being clearly identified, is not the possibility of creating the government by the coalition, which came first in these elections, the PAN coalition. While the problem in substance, it is not the principles or the governing programme, nor the weighty decisions awaiting Kosovo.
For the winning coalition problem in the substance is: the uncertainty of the vote for PDK head for Parliament Speaker Kadri Veselini and the lack of access to numbers for government at the helm with AAK head Ramush Haradinaj.

In essence in Kosovo, we have no constitutionalisation of the Assembly, as we do not have the positions for two political party leaders from the PAN.
Unfortunately, for the third time in a row, after 2010, 2014 and again in 2017, Kosovo enters extraordinary election cycles as individuals assigned lose office or target other positions at the head of state.

There are political problems, neither corruption nor the lack of Kosovo economic development pushing Kosovo into extraordinary elections to digest.

Ironically, it's not even the real demarcation of the June 11th election. It is the insistence on repositions to institutional leadership positions of individual individuals. A scenario that without exceptions or differences repeats in Kosovo in a continuous manner.

Here we are again, Kosovo as the most isolated state in the Balkans, is losing chance after the chance of developing as a normal country.
Except that we failed to meet the state's standards of equality with the countries of the region recently, the meeting of Balkan countries and projects for Kosovo was not even mentioned in Triesta. No debate on this meeting opened in Kosovo. The only statements heard are some objections to the union and the economic union, which were said uncontaminated. In fact, Triesta's joint statement was not even analyzed.

In Triesta also mentioned the budget shared for regional projects, Kosovo is not involved with concrete projects there.

Only in one of the nine sectors, to the private sector from the European Union will 48m Euro funds of NVM projects be channeled.
With the lack of discussion on these topics in Kosovo, the impression is that we do not need external assistance, we need power within Kosovo.
With this situation created, we could very easily face new parliamentary elections, which otherwise would be pleasing by the majority, if it were not fear that the first subject in Kosovo, Vetevendosje, would still increase more from other elections.

The created situation requires quick solutions and detailed governing programme. It requires principled government with reduced dictatorships and professional ministers.
The recently proposed comprehensive government is not the solution to the problem. We would end up with the same number of ministries (no more) that thirst for power has drunk some yet without taking power.

The latest experience with two major parties in Government also showed that they cannot govern those who want to attract governance only in terms of the interests of their subject. The program remains in half, as it remained. It takes consensus and respect for the governing partners, and this respect is hardly achieved with inclusion in Kosovo. We do not yet have this political or governmental culture.

On the other hand, the biggest absurd of the PAN's government numbers gathering is to expect that there may be a creditable Government that fights organised crime and corruption, while the very collection of votes to vote on Government includes conspiracies from the lowest.
Another topic that has no serious treatment is the activity of the Special Court.

The biggest crime is expected to clear Kosovo's political scene by the Special Court, which has its mandate to investigate war crimes.
Kosovo today will not solve the problem, the special court. In the reverse, the court will burden and hurt Kosovo.

Kosovo, the problems solved to a local loan and independent judiciary and a separate court that will investigate organised crime and post-war corruption. There is the essence of Kosovo's problems, it is not in war crimes that will be investigated by the Special Court, which will be based on a report published years ago.

Kosovo today does not solve problems for any international institution. Today, Kosovo has the problem, but it has to solve it, the Kosovars themselves.
Yeah, we got a big problem. But we also have the solution and no one else holding a foreign diplomatic passport in Kosovo. Leadership and promoted courage must be seen now. That courage does not require any particular heroism, that courage depends on whether two people in Kosovo accept the positions they aspire to? When answering that question, we can continue with the elaboration of alternatives.
