Kurti: Vetevendosje in new elections to come up with 40 deputies

Movement candidate “Vetevendosje” for prime minister, Albin Kurti, has said that “Determination” now has enough power to stop “The small PDK”, as he calls it, and to be made ready for quick elections if they remain in opposition. And if there were new elections again, according to Kurti, “Movement” would come up with over 40 deputies.

This is also known to other subjects, so they are necessarily trying to avoid repeating the” elections, he said.

Voice: If we eventually have the creation of a simple majority government, so 61 MPs or something more, what would be its strength in bringing big agendas forward?

Kurti: It would be an easy situation for “Movement”, but difficult for Kosovo. Because that government would be a poor government to us, but dangerous to the citizens of Kosovo. We as opposition to 32 MPs could do twice what we've done before. That would speed up new elections, and if elections were repeated, the Movement would come up with over 40 deputies. Other subjects know this, so they are trying to avoid repeating the elections.

Above all, I have to speak from the perspective of Kosovo's good. And from this point of view, the country and our people don't need a week late. The government of the movement “Movement” should be created an hour ago, since the lower layers are not having bread to eat, and the middle layer is increasingly becoming low. When it has not won the “Movement” in the past, much more has been lost by the people of Kosovo than our movement. But even when government “Movement” much more wins citizens of the Republic than our Movement.
