Kosovo, Serbia, Interpol and U NESTO ? Who wants to win the <x0... war”?

In reports between Belgrade and Pristina, the most current issue is Kosovo's membership in Interpol, U NESTO.

For Kosovo's accession to Interpol to be voted in September, whereas for U n NESTO still has no official application on the part of Kosovo.

But, Kosovo Foreign Minister Enver Hoxhaj days ago has indicated that they have constantly worked to make Kosovo part of these two organisations.

“over the past year and this year I have visited many countries, with whom I have met many foreign ministers, prime ministers and presidents, from whom I have sought their support to become part of Interpol and U. NESTO. We have the application from last year in Interpol, while this year the Interpol Assembly is held, which would have to make a decision on Kosovo's membership in Interpol. As for W NESTO, as in Interpol, we have the votes needed to become part of this organization. While the time for application is sufficient, since from September, October, and November, crucial phases occur when our application is put in the agenda - when the closing meeting is held and when it is voted. So, we have enough time to apply”, Hoxhaj said.

According to him, it is best to keep the application confidential, and not be understood until the meeting is held.

Hoxhaj's Serbian counterpart, Ivica Dacic, has said that for Interpol, the state of Kosovo is real likely to join, but has indicated confident that in the U NESTO is not going to happen like that.

The situation for Kosovo's accession to Interpol is more complicated than in UNESCO”, Dachic said, broadcasts news.net.

Today during the day, for Kosovo's road to U NESTO has also spoken to Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq, who has voiced confidence that he has the support of several states that the Kosovo state does not join this organisation.

You saw letters coming from our friendly countries, supposedly by scientists, explaining why it would be good for Kosovo to be admitted to the U. NESTO, to protect Serbian cultural heritage... you don't know whether to laugh at the pain or weep...”, Vuciq said in front of reporters.

Kosovo Interior Minister Skender Hyseni long ago received a letter from INTERPOL secretary, from whom it has been announced that the Kosovo vote will take place at the General Assembly, held in Beijing, China, from September 26th to 29th, 2017.

He has voiced confidence that Kosovo will get the necessary votes to become part of the world's largest police organisation.

By Serbian media, Kosovo's membership in Interpol and Issco is being described as a <x0-war” second, following Kosovo's failure in 2015.

So long, the state of Kosovo needed only three votes to be accepted into this organisation, among the largest in the UN framework.
