The newly elected MP from the Vetevendosje Movement ranks Fatmire Mulhrama-Kulcaku said she would personally commit to completing health legislation.
The “will be engaged in the extraction of sublegal acts on the part of responsible institutions, in this case the Ministry of Health, but other ministries, because many laws are not implemented due to the non-fortification of these acts and regulations”, Mollhajura-Kollcak.
She said health insurance should be done as soon as possible, and that in addition to sustainable financing, the important thing is to put people who can manage them in institutions.
There have been many failures in the field of health institutions management and many corrupt relationships. Citizens from distrust in these institutions have unfortunately so far poured millions of euros into institutions abroad. This should stop immediately with the choice of the right people in important positions”, she said.
Health insurance also mentioned Paul Lekaj, who said they should first cover the state.
The state must finance until those insurance funds are stabilised. There should be no further delays in this direction and strongly believed that we would give quick solutions to this issue as well because it is necessary for people who need health services” Lekaj said.
July 1st of this year was envisioned as the day of the start of the health insurance collection, a payment of insurance police for individuals and organisations, but this meeting was postponed by the government in office.
Health insurance has so far been cited by three ministers, but has not started to apply.
