Justice ministry declared in connection with Arbitrazhi procedure over Grand issue

The justice ministry has sent a clarification to the media about the arbitrage process over the Mabco Constructions issue.

The Justice Ministry confirms that the International Centre for the Selecting of Investment Talks has recorded Mabco Constructions SA's request to initiate arbitration procedure against the Republic of Kosovo.

The Republic of Kosovo in this process will be represented by state lawyers in accordance with relevant legislation in force. Given that the arbitration procedure is confidential, and in order not to prejudge any procedural action, the State Lawyer will respect the privacy of the arbitrage procedure and hopes the other side will act the same”, the MD statement said.

It is expected that, after recording the case, the process of restoring the arbitrage tribunal, which will then run the procedure.
