Vetevendosje's elected MP, Frasher Krasniqi, who has been held for months in house arrest on charges of grenade attacks on Kosovo's Parliament, has said the case's judge, Becir Kalundra, has not given permission to make further tests following the findings that there are health problems resulting from physical inactivity and exposure to the sun.
Krasniqi, on Facebook, explains that I don't know whether this action of the judge is negligible or intentional, but according to him, it shows that for Kaluldra he and his co-kers are “just names in judicial paperwork”, not people, writes Periscope.
This is Krasniqi's complete explanation:
After my last medical visit, it turned out that I have health problems that result from lack of physical activity and exposure to the sun, tomorrow morning, and I had them assigned for further tests.
But Judge Bekir Kalundra hasn't given me permission, even though the request has been made at the right time, enough to answer the court.
I don't know if it's this negligence or intentional rejection, but whatever the case, it says that for Bekir Caluldra we're just names on judicial paperwork and not people who need to move and maintain health.
The continuation of our isolation, every two months, now one year without a court interest in our physical and health state shows a system of justice where there are no people and humanity but only procedures, monsters and violations.
