Another Jordanian was accidentally killed with firearms, Israeli sources say. The guard was seriously injured.
The attacker was a carpenter working in a residential building used by the embassy.
This incident is considered the most serious since Israel and Jordan had signed a peace treaty in 1994.
The second Jordanian, who died in the hospital from injuries received, was identified as the owner of the building, “reported. BBC”, report Periscope.
According to the 1961 Vienna Convention, the security man has immunity from investigation and arrest, the Israeli Foreign Ministry said.
