(9 years ago)The Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren has filed charges against B.E., director of the Directorate for Emergency and Security in Prizren, in the case of Geneta Gashi's tragic death last year when a house collapsed on the “Marin Barletti” street in Prizren, Klan Kosova reports. “Following the indictment, accused B.E., in quality of the person responsible [...]
“According to the indictment, accused B.E., in quality of the responsible person near Prizren's municipality, the director of the Directorate for Emergency and Security in Prizren, has not taken precautions from carelessness to deploying protective equipment around houses before collapse, on March Barleti Street in Prizren respectively, to avoid danger, in the manner that by the 6th.2016, around 15:30 minutes, the child, born 0708 12 when he was playing from the house's destruction to the body, and the wounds that are explained by the prosecutor's report to the prosecution.
With these actions, the accused B.E. has committed criminal acts cause of general danger and do not avoid being spared by Article 370 paragraph 1 of the KP”.
