International media again write about the enormous growth of Vetevendosje that was costing them LDK's PDK's

The results of the recent general elections in Kosovo all surprised: Vetevendosje, so far a small opposition party, won 32 seats, becoming the largest party in parliament. This brought an unexpected political end to two dominant parties in Kosovo, PDK and LDK, under which the country [...]
Vetevendosje ended these years of despair, while Albin Kurti, the candidate for prime minister from this party, said they would give people courage.
International media “The Conversation”, in addition to Vetevendosje's dramatic and sudden growth, also writes about the Government formation process in Kosovo.
She cites the decision the Constitutional Court received in 2014 that the right to form the Government belongs to the party or coalition that received the most votes in the election, Periscopi broadcasts.
“In this case, the Government will attempt to form the coalition of parties (PDK-AAK-NISMA) called “Crah of War”, which collectively won 39 seats and are now trying to form the government. To do that, they will need the support of various small parties representing Kosovo minority communities”, continuing its script “The Conversion”.
The newspaper also writes about the possibility of PANU's failure during the process of forming government. Therefore, it cites the possibility that the Vetevendosje Movement will lead the next government, though as a party foreign embassies in Kosovo tried to avoid it.
International media “The Conversation” writes that Western representatives in Kosovo repeatedly criticised the tactics the VV used for opposition to the Assembly, particularly tear gas, broadcast Periscope.
Furthermore, meetings and discussions that Vetevendosje leaders had with foreign ambassadors in Kosovo are mentioned, where their governing plan was discussed.
This presents a dramatic change of sensitivity on the part of the international community”, continues its newspaper writing.
Lifting Vetevendosje
The Conversion” mentions the fact that Vetevendosje was created in 2004, and then created numerous political enemies.
The “Group engaged in organising street protests and obstructing parliamentary procedures to openly criticise the alliance between Kosovo's political corrupt elite and its international partners. These efforts to keep the international community responsible for co-operation in criminality, create negative impressions of the party”, the paper writes further, broadcast Periscopi.
The paper further cites the fact that Vetevendosje was not the only party in the country that used tear gas. The newspaper also writes about the opposition Vetevendosje has repeatedly made to the Serbian Communist Association Agreement, known as “Zajednica”. But, Vetevendosje clarified that agreement would increase Serbian influence in Kosovo, and it was opposed, Periscopi broadcasts.
The candidate's statement for prime minister by Vetevendosje, Albin Kurti, which had said is becoming Kosovo's Bosniakisation.
What is happening in Kosovo is the same process that took place in Bosnia in the early 1990s, which eventually led to formal recognition of Republika Srpska. We reject this erosion of Kosovo's sovereignty from Serbia” quoted Kurti as quoting.
According to the newspaper, the internationals did not want Vetevendosje because of the ongoing criticism this movement made to their missions.
“Vetevendosje has consistently criticised states and international troops still present in Kosovo -- the so-called <x1-international subsets” -- for their irresponsible competencies, excessive interference in domestic politics, and especially their inaction against criminality committed by the Kosovo political elite”, the paper quoted.
But there is also a mention of a Council of Europe report that the international community tolerated mafie and criminal activities in Kosovo, which it had repeatedly voiced and opposed Vetevendosje.
Vetevendosje's “sucess should be welcomed by those who support the power and progress of people in Kosovo. Recent elections have made it clear that the era of apathy is over and that Vetevendosje's marginalisation is no longer option” and concludes its script “The Conversion”. /Periscopi/
