Two charges of various criminal acts are also heavy on the newly founded Lushtaku.

Lushtaku from prosecutor Romulo Matthews' indictment is charged with escaping the person deprived of freedom. With Lushtaku at this point of the indictment, Ismet Haxha and Sahit Jashar are also charged with imprisonment for up to three years.

But according to this point of act, Lushtaku along with Rrustem Rrukoli, Rexhep Jotta and Fatmir Mojak are accused of obstructing proven or formal procedure.

In addition to these points of accusation, two more points weigh upon Lushtak.

Lushtaku along with Skender Tahiri, Sheremet Jasharin, Ismet Haxha and Bajram Dibron are accused of obstructing proven or formal procedure. The next and legal point of Lushtaku's charge is the point of organized crime.

According to this point, Lushtaku along with Ismet Hadzha, Rrustem Rrucolini, Rexhep Jotta, Fatmir Mjaku, Skender Tahiri, Sheremet Jasharin and Bajram Dibrain are accused of involvement or organisation of the criminal group, which according to the Kosovo Criminal Code, is punishable for up to 10 years.
