Political analyst Imer Mushkolaj told “Gazeta Blic” that Ramush Haradinaj has the first opportunity to form Government.
If Haradinaj does not arrive, then the president should give someone else a chance to have 61 numbers.
According to him, forming the government is not a race between Haradinaj and Kurti as to who is stronger or has the best government programme, but who has 61 numbers will be the winner.
The “Fittor will be the one with 61 minimum votes that is quite clear, but this is not a race between Ramush Haradinaj and Albin Kurti who is stronger or who is bringing better programme, unfortunately it would have to be a competition between programmes, but we know that the one who will win 61 votes will be the winner.

“Of course, Mr. Haradinaj may be able to find some deputy to form his government, but that is unfair and unfair to me because these deputies in this form misuse the will they have received from citizens. The elections are held to come to power, and if taken in that form then it is meaningless that such candidates run for deputies and that if they had wanted to support Ramush Haradinaj they could easily have passed to his party, even that would have been fair”, he said.
