Pechor Bicak, 56, has put a rope around his wife, F. Bicak, 52 years old. It was the couple's sister-in-law that called the police, which fortunately reacted in time. The 52-year-old is in serious condition for life.
Pechor Bicak has declared in the police that he remembered nothing and that his eyes were dim, since his wife just spoke and wouldn't listen.
“Nisi from a banal thing. I don't know how I did it. I don't even remember. I didn't want to hurt him, kill him, or even think about him. It was a moment. I got blood on my brain”, 56-year-old saying.
It all happened around 6:30 when the husband asked for dinner, but there was nothing cooked at that hour, Panorama reported.
That's all it took to start a fight at home, and they both blamed each other for the lack of responsibility in the family.
The 56-year-old first hit him with a slap and started insulting him. After a few minutes of debate, the man has received a rope in the hallway and has bound his wife to her throat.
