Minister Hoxhaj has said that Kosovo will come too soon and international recognition.
According to him, all procedures have already been closed and it is only expected that the formalisation of recognition, not wanting to be rushed and revealed the name for which country it is talking about.
In this office minister's interview, the incumbent has also confirmed that Kosovo has already secured the necessary votes for accession to international organisations as in U. NESTO and INTERPOL.
I've had many visits to the world last year and of course that in such visits we've received confirmation of who can vote on Kosovo if in the U NESTO, be it INTERPOL. I believe that Kosovo has these votes this time”, Hoxhaj said, in an interview for Gazeta “Zeri”.
Before that happens, however, Hoxhaj also mentioned some of the homework Kosovo must complete, such as the adoption in the Kosovo Parliament of Religious Freedoms, Heritage, etc.
As for dialogue with Serbia, he has said this process is already entering its final phase.
Hoxhaj has backed the idea of reshaping dialogue at the presidential level, saying the president has mandated such a thing.
In this context, he has added that Serbia will be forced to recognise Kosovo prior to its membership in the European Union.
