Avdullah Hoti of the Democratic League of Kosovo(LDK) has once again made it clear that they will not enter into a coalition with the PAN, where the PDK is.

He suggested that they discuss the VV, to reach the government agreement, when we are in line for the second time and that they will establish Kosovo's government.
