According to police officials and drug addicts' healing centres, they claim there is a slight decline in the use of heavy drugs such as heroin, but also a slight increase in the use of light drugs.
Blakaj has said they have a correct co-operation with institutions responsible for preventing the use of narcotics.
He also showed how important the healing phase in this center is.
