Hashim Colak, who has so far been the tribunal's deputy chairman, is a judge at the Department of Minet at the Court of Appeals. He graduated from the University of Pristina Faculty of Jurydide in 1979. The Jurisprudence test was conducted in 1987 in Pristina.
In 2006, he received the Master of Juridical Sciences title, and 6 years later he won his degree in ECPD Jury Sciences. The career in the justice system began in 1989 at the Communist Court for Counter-Affliction in Prizren. In the latter, only a year later, he was appointed judge. From 1992 to 1999, I work as a lawyer. In 2000, he again returned as a judge at the Communist Court in Prizren.
After four years,2004) became a prosecutor at the District Prosecutor in Prizren. Then in 2010, the judge at the District Court, the same city where I work until 2012. And on January 1st 2013, he is judge at the Court of Appeals. Except the mother tongue (Albanian) speaks Serbian and English.
