nominated for prime minister by coalition PAN Ramush Haradinaj, after meeting the AAK leadership, said the Kosovo government would be formed in record terms, as it has stated several times so far.
At a news conference, he announced that he has sent a letter to VV leader Visar Ymer and LDK leader Isa Mustafa, Serbska list and other minorities, for a meeting he said proposed to be held tomorrow, in order for the coming Monday to hold the Kosovo Parliament's Constituent hearing and shortly after that for forming the government.
“To this day, one week could hold the constitutional session and, after the constitutional session, immediately without wasting time holding and hearing on forming government, for government voting. The goal is that this week from today to next Monday, with the use of preparation, to conclude political agreements and to give Kosovo the government in record time, as I have always been declared... I have proposed meeting tomorrow with VV, with Mr. Wisar Ymer and leadership colleagues. I proposed meeting with LDK and asked Mr. Mustafa of LDK colleagues tomorrow. The meeting I proposed was held in the Parliament building, the offices of the AAK parliamentary group or VV or LDK. The same will be consulted with the Serbian List and other non-Serb communities. At the same time, I won't stop talking to every deputy in the new assembly. Now I don't have other details for you. What I can assure Kosovo is that the Government will have it as we have been declared over time, in record terms. So we won't waste time”, he said.
While he said the priority gives a coalition as wide as possible with political subjects, calling on and MPs to support forming the government.
“As nominated, it gives a coalition as wide as possible with political subjects. Understandably, by sincerely calling on elected Kosovo assembly deputies to support the government we propose to”, he said.
While asked whether he is willing to withdraw from the coalition PAN and co-operate with the VV and LDK for forming the government, Haradinaj said they would not go back, but only forward.
“We're going ahead, not back. We're going ahead. The steps left, the ones I've done, are no longer discussed. We're going in front of”, he said.
