Even KLA OVL chairman Hysni Gucati has congratulated Sami Lushtaku on his release from all counts of war crimes.
Gucati has said they were aware that justice would prevail, and that the KLA war was pure.
He has said that all charges against General Lushtaku were fabricated by several Albanian-prolonged Albanian-wing Serbia.
We knew that justice would triumph over General Sami Lushtaku and the mayor of the municipality. We have days since he's been innocent, all of those charges have been fabricated by several Albanian-speaking extended hand of Serbia, so we congratulate the general who has been released from prison for winning justice and winning the pure war of the Kosovo Liberation Army. I wish Lushtak health and good work from now on”, he said in a pronouncement for Indexline.
It is noteworthy that the first Sqaheraj was sentenced to 12 years in prison by the Constitutional Court in North Mitrovica.
