As reported in the police report, police patrol has responded to the case and through the hall window have managed to pull and rescue the victim. [...]

As reported in the police report, police patrol has responded to the case and through the hall window have managed to pull and rescue the victim.
The victim has been sent for necessary medical treatment, and police units are investigating the case.
