Hidden cameras placed in police cars have managed to capture dozens of corrupt actions by Mitrovica police officers, including receiving money and forcing truck and car drivers to pay the bribe.

These cameras have managed to provide sufficient evidence, as the prosecution claims in Mitrovica. This prosecutor, on the charge filed, describes sums of money that the police have agreed to just not pronounce tickets.

In some long cases, an eight-hour shift, police officers have managed to collect over 100 euros, and in other cases have also secured more than 1,000 Serb dinars. In some cases, however, they have managed to secure both of these notes.

“On November 30th 2016, the two Kosovo police officials -- Stvica Ignjatovic and Zlatomor Simovic -- while on official duty in the Mitrovica- Zubin Potok magistrate -- have accepted amounts of money from $5m to 50m, as well as other banknotes in Serbian dinars”, the prosecution's indictment provided by KALLXO.com.

The Act also details the amount received by the police.

“at 14:45 minutes Stvica exits the vehicle and holds three bank notes worth 75 euros, as well as another 50-euro bank account, as well as several Serbian dinars bank notes, while in the end around 15th 15th 15, Stvica counts the money, 100 euros keeps it for himself and gives the rest to Zlatomir”, the charges describe.

The next case the prosecutor describes in the indictment with large sums of Serbian dinars is in Kosovo's north, in the Mitrovica magistrate, Leposaviq, where three Kosovo police officials -- Zdajko Milenkovic, Milan Jovanovic and Sinisa Milutinovic by 30 November -- had received bribes.

“Milan and Sinisa give a substantial amount of Zmajko money, which after it starts and numbers it out: five and a half 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 5, seven and a half, 800, 800, 900, 8, 300, 400, 600, 8, 800, 900, 9, 15m, 8m, and a little ahead of the northern Mitrovica police station. Zmajko shares the money into three equal sections”, identifies charges against 35 police officials.

In the northern part, IPK cameras have been active even on December 2nd 2016 at the checkpoints at the Simonida village of Grabovc. There the three police officials, Shefqet Maxhun, Vesko Ka persecuted and Vesko Radulovic have been caught counting the large amount of money.

“In a moment, defendant Vesko Radulovic of the official jacket pocket extracts a large amount of banknotes worth of the euro, then several other banknotes in Serbian dinars all count and divide the banknotes into euros and dinars and eventually divide them into equal parts among them”, the prosecution's charge said.

From September 21 to December 12, 2016, IPK secretly mounted cameras in police cars.

Filmed materials served to accuse 35 police officials who make up almost the entire traffic unit. On 31 page, prosecutor Zeynep Kela describes in detail every act of police in the vicinity of corruption.
