Elsadas Musliji came from Switzerland to give his testimony in the trial, where Kosovo Government official Zahir Bajrami and his son Adrian are being accused of misusing official office.
According to the indictment, Zahir Bajrami through his son Adrian Bajrami on February 9th 2017 had received 10,000 euros to the injured Elsadit Musliji, promising in exchange to influence the Court of Appeals that Muslij be removed from prison sentences.
In the indictment, Adrian Bajrami first received Muslij's 10 thousand euros and then demanded another 10,000 euros for the three-year prison sentence he had pronounced by the court.
He gave 10,000 euros and was asked for another 10,000 euros in court also showed Elsads Musliji.
Prosecutor Kujtim Munishi asked Muslij about a big man “that the accused had mentioned would affect his subject.
Musliji said it was not one, but two people.
“Bacci Zahir [Bajram] has mentioned to me Enver Hasani, while his son has told me he was Nat Hasani”, said witness and injured Musliji.
Musliji further told of his first meeting with Zahir Bajrami in 2012.
After my four-and-a-half-month stay in custody after being released and back home, I went to the gentleman and started the conversation, where I informed him that I was in custody four months he told me that if I had a day or four days of skee on the other side of”, Musliji testified.
The Witness indicated that after those words they discussed the agreement, while according to Muslij, the government official Bajrami promised to contact someone, and a week later he would respond.
The agreement envisioned Mussliji giving 10,000 euros and then released from sentence by the Court of Appeals.
Musliji confessed that the 10 thousand euros under the agreement gave Adrian Bajram at the “Europe 92”.
Then, according to Muslij, the Court of Appeals on June 6, 2013 did not absolve him of the charges, but turned the case into retrial.
Musliji indicated that he notified the accused official Bajrami.
“I had the session and it didn't come out as he told me, and when we met he told me we did it and we turned into retrial, and I told him why it was a month and a half you didn't know, while he told me that these jobs didn't go like this, but slowly”, Musliji said.
When the Appeals Court only reduced the sentence for a year, condemning him to two years in prison, Musliji said he met with Adrian Bajrami again.
“After a week we met with his son at the restaurant “Kruja” in the village of Dardani of Ferizaj and there Ardiani tells me he has the peace from his father and the big man that it takes another 10 thousand euros”, Musliji said.
The Witness said that after that he had asked for the return of the 10,000 euros he had given him, while Adrian Bajrami had told him that this does not come out of the question.
The parking lot stopped me and told me that I can't afford to sell it to anyone because our state is ours from the White Land to Merdar”, Musliu said.
Musliu then indicated that he did not have a choice and announced the police.
According to Muslij in co-ordination with the police, he met at the restaurant “Gizi” in Veternik with Adrian Bajrami, who was arrested there.
Musliji said in court that Zahir Bajrami was aware of the first 10,000 euros, but indicated that he personally believes that the other 10,000 euros Adrian Bajrami had asked without his father's knowledge.
The next hearing of this trial was scheduled in September, while reading the evidence and reporting of the accused is expected to take place.
Zahir Bajrami is accused of misuse of office, while his son Adrian is accused of fraud.
Zahir and Adrian Bajrami, father and son, were arrested in February of this year.
They denied the charges they were charged with in June.
